Finally, after I don't know how long Avatar ended.

To me, It ended amazingly, and the director of the last two chapters did an excellent job wrapping it up.

The animation was amazing too, especially on Azula, I had to pause and analyze her expressions because I thought they where just that good.  Music set the perfect mood for the battles, really good scores they threw in.

So in my opinion: It was worth the wait.

and EPIC.

no worries
Don't worry. I'm still making videos! I work at Etsy.com now.

You can do a search on itunes and subscribe to the etsy podcast there and you'll find my new videos!

Oh...wow...even if the possibility Etsy has people working on this to promote the new videos the reply still shocks me.

I mean what if it was Pettis himself the one that wrote that!? *dies*

But the fact that new videos exist is certainly reliving, THANKS ETSY AND THANKS BRE PETTIS!

You are introverted, reserved, and quiet with a preference for solitude and solitary activities. Your socializing tends to be restricted to a few close friends. You can be very easily upset, even by what most people consider the normal demands of living. People consider you to be extremely sensitive and emotional. Novelty, variety, and change spice up your life and make you a curious, imaginative, and creative person. You have a strong interest in others' needs and well-being. I can't contain my excitement. Rebuild of Evangelion movie trailer

http://stage6.divx.com/user/killte/video/1413197/Evangelion-new-movie-preview

The trailer is finally here and it is looking awesome, along with Utada Hikaru's new version of "Fly Me To The Moon" and with "Beautiful World" both from her new single, though the latter is not present in the trailer it is for the movie. Not a really big fan of J-pop, yet I am glad she is the one doing them since she is fairly popular in Japan and in the US.

Sept. 9 2007. I knew it was coming, I just never realized just how close it was. Only a month and many more for those who can only wait for fansubs *sigh* I really want to watch it...

Among other matters, The beach house in Kamakura in celebration of One Piece's 10th Anniversary looks amazing, I specially liked the tribute drawings the mangakas of Shounen Jump did, Akira Toriyama's version of Luffy was my favorite. Just watching the images on the Kaizoku-fansubs forums is enough to realize just how big One Piece is in Japan, it's like the whole district was taken over by it [beat that Naruto]. Besides they did a real-sized statue of Franky along with cola bottles inside his belly, how awesome can it get. I hope I can visit it somehow, though I know it may not last that long.

Art.
To keep record of some artists and illustrators I have my eyes on.

This is Susie Ghahremani.

http://www.boygirlparty.com/

Pretty, clean and solid art. It's simple and I am pretty much a fan of simplicity. She paints with gouache, just in case you are wondering. This girl is not only an illustrator, but a musician and a crafter too. Do check her out if you have the time and don't steal art, it's not nice.

Besides, it would be nice to get to know artists that are not long dead or came from deviantart.

It's been long since I last updated, and a lot has happened.

1. I passed all my classes and did not lost my scholarship! thank you brain.

2. I watched Kare Kano and it was awesome, until Hideaki drooped the project. From episode 19 and below they were just great, better than the manga. If only Hideaki had finished the project and adapt the whole manga [which I was reading until One Piece took over].

3. Catching up with One Piece and watching the anime for the first time. managed to do 60 episodes in like 3 days. I will watch the anime until I catch up to where I left off [middle of Alabasta] and later I will continue the manga. both the manga and the anime are really good but I still like the manga a little bit more than its animated counterpart. [New Ussop icon because he is great]

4. I just saw the RAW from FMA 72. I can't wait for scanlations. Edwin and Royai love plus an ending that really left me wanting to see Edward's reaction. Somehow the ending made me think of King Kong.

5. Today a bunch of my friends will come over to a perilous mission in which the trust my parents have over me will be risked. I don't know if I will be caught and I know it is one of the stupidest things I will ever do. Trust should not be misused but the decision is made and If I will regret it or not can only be decided by tonight. The bottles are secured and my house is big.

I once took in consideration the chances for the pairing Maurice/Maeter. I know some of you might be disgusted by the idea at first glance, but think about it, they are not related by blood so it is not actually incest. yet I think about what impact it might have on the perfect family that consist of Eureka, Renton and the three kids and it makes me wonder.

a deeper look into the matter...Collapse )

Also I just caught up with the latest Naruto chapters [and Bleach but that was last week] and I am so very glad I did. Have a few things I want to say:

I finally went to see Spiderman 3 and it's really good. Not my favorite from all three but it was definitely great. All I have to say is Peter Parker is so very nerdy it hurt to see him dancing and flirting.

Also I have a photography assignment for friday and I have never taken artististic pictures with geometric figures, but since everything has lines, angles and circles anything would do, this is one of my options but I am not sure and besides I still have to name it so anyone has a sugestion, I am open.
